How To Find Hot Moving Leads From Zillow | Effective Moving Company Marketing Series

Would you like to know where you can find Hot, FREE moving company leads that will get you at least 1 sale? Have you ever tried Zillow to find moving leads and had absolutely no luck? Well…today that all changes, because I’ve got the strategy for you.

Welcome to the latest episode of TheRealJaeBurnham.Com Show and today we are talking about how to find and get Hot and FREE moving leads off Zillow.

Now I’ve already talked about it earlier in my video about postcards. You can see that video here:

But I’ve not talked about how actually cold call on these warm sales leads before or how to truly capitalize on them.

So here I go.

What you need to do first is go to the Zillow website. Once there you’ll find that there is a bar on top that will list Buy, Rent, Sell etc.. Click on the Buy button.

From there you will see another bar at the top. Use that bar to define your demographics like zip code, types of homes for sale, price of homes, how bedrooms, and so on.

Once you have that list up on Zillow to the right there will be a list of homes and their addresses. Go through each of those photos and spot which ones actually have someone living in the home.

When you do, mark that address on a note pad.

When you have a list of about 10 or 20 homes. Route them out by using Google maps and go to each home. Knock on the door and see if they are interested in your moving services.

Your goal at the very least is to leave a moving kit or some promo but you should have you clipboard there so that you can do an in-home moving estimate on the spot.

Be sure to collect the owners name and phone numbers plus any email addresses they may have.

Remember yesterday’s video when we talked about the gold is in the follow up. You’ll need to follow up with each of these homes.

Now if you are too scared (and I get that) to go cold calling, then you need to send something to each home via mail. Send them a postcard, brochure or a simple letter. You need to get your info to these warm moving leads.

If you are one of the lucky ones you could assign this task to a sales agent. Just give them this video and have them watch it at least 3 times then send them out to do it.

Now it won’t generate a lot of sales but from a list of 10 homes you should be able to get at least one move out it. If you are truly good and hustle you may be able to beat my personal best of 4 moves.
